I had the opportunity to look for a new home with Valerie during the bidding madness. Valerie was the best real estate agent that I ever had. She was extremely helpful in suggesting condos. Not only it wasn't a random list of condos based on general filters, but it was hand-picked by her based on my criteria and feedback about what I was looking for. The end result was a not-overwhelming list with actually really good suggestions. Valerie was always available to visit condos with me, fast at setting up appointments and doing follow-ups with other agents. When a visit was scheduled, she always provided me with all the needed documents prior to the visit with some comments on things that I should take into consideration or questions that we should ask during the visit. When I was interested in a property and wanted to make an offer, she gave me all the information that I wanted to know. She also helped me make plans to slightly increase my chance of getting the property. Overall, it was a nice experience working with her. She exceeded my expectations by helping me like no other previous real estate agent ever did for me.
